OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
BAD BURGER PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED

TO: All Franchisees and Branch Operators
FROM: Bad Burger Philippines Incorporated
DATE: November 4, 2026
SUBJECT: Updated Commissary Price List and Standardized Ordering and Payment Procedures

Dear Franchise Partners,

As part of our continuous efforts to improve operational efficiency, strengthen systemization, and streamline our processes across all branches, Bad Burger Philippines Incorporated will be implementing the following updates to our commissary supply and ordering procedures.

These improvements aim to establish greater consistency, transparency, and efficiency throughout our growing franchise network.

1. Updated Commissary Supply Price List

We will be distributing an updated commissary price list covering our original burger lineup, newly introduced burgers, and rice meals.

Please note that there will be NO PRICE INCREASE on our existing commissary products. The updated price list is being issued primarily to incorporate our new products and provide all branches with a complete and updated pricing reference.

The only item subject to a price adjustment is the brioche buns, as explained in Section 4.

2. Centralized Payment Account

To improve payment monitoring, reconciliation, and overall financial efficiency, all commissary payments will now be centralized through Rose's designated GCash account.

Effective upon implementation, please disregard all previously provided bank accounts and payment channels for commissary transactions.

The official GCash account details will be provided separately.

3. Standardized Reordering and Payment Policy

To establish a consistent ordering process across all branches, we will be implementing a PAYMENT FIRST POLICYfor all commissary reorders.

All orders must be fully paid before they can be confirmed and processed.

This policy will apply uniformly to all franchise branches to ensure proper order management, efficient inventory planning, and smoother commissary operations.

4. Brioche Bun Supply Options

For brioche buns, franchisees will have two available purchasing options:

Option A – Order Through Our Commissary

Franchisees may continue ordering brioche buns through our commissary. However, these orders will be subject to an updated selling price.

Option B – Order Directly From Our Supplier

Franchisees who prefer to maintain the existing brioche bun price may order directly from our designated supplier at the same supplier price previously available.

We will provide the supplier's contact details to facilitate direct ordering and coordination.

This arrangement applies to ALL franchise branches, giving everyone the flexibility to choose their preferred purchasing method.

Moving Forward

These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to building a more organized, efficient, and scalable franchise system.

We would also like to emphasize that these changes are focused on improving our internal systems and operations, not increasing commissary product prices. Except for brioche buns ordered through our commissary, existing product prices will remain unchanged.

As our franchise network continues to expand, standardized procedures and continuous system improvements will allow us to provide better support, maintain operational consistency, and strengthen our overall business operations.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation and continued partnership as we implement these improvements.

Thank you.
